Many times. First I had an s21ultra which delayed in having ONE ui 5.1 and I later changed its CSC and it was receiving updates faster than S22 ultra. I now have an S23 Ultra which I changed its CSC from MIDDLE East to Europe. Today I had that middle east received the December patch so I changed it back to MID and i received the update

Not in any way. My devices work just fine. Only that you'll receive OTA faster. When you change your CSC, it means you have changed the address to which your phone looks for updates

INS or INU. But you'll be shown the supported CSCs, you just don't write any CSC if you want OTA. When you connect your phone to the computer you'll see all supported CSSs
