Its jus extremely slow Slow to send msgs Slow wen opening apps And slightly geting stuck in between wen I'm using it..

Purchased brand new 

No accidents 

Any advice on what needs to get done?

Its sound like you have ram management issue.Go to settings and optimize. You can also put the widget on your screen and do this once a day . Check for apps in device care that takes a lot of battery and restart constantly and switch off background data
