Display problem on S22Ultra

My #S22Ultra is showing a bright green patch near the top and black lines on the entire display after Android 14 and OneUI 6 update.

The problem only appears for 120Hz Adaptive refresh rate and disappears for 60H

Even I faced this issue
Since I had extended warranty
They replaced my screen for free

I heard some people saying they got display replaced for free by mailing them for display line issue and all
