Chargers hissing sound

Why does my samsung s24 ultra's charger making sound when I'm charging it? Should i change it? Its only been 2 days since i bought that adapter

I too advise you to buy a new samsung charger or maybe you can just change the cable, but for your safety, please change it ASAP
