Highly disappointed with Samsung!

I have been using Samsung since last 5 years.

I bought a Samsung S22 ultra.Its been 1.3 years. I have done an update on my phone recently. After that I can see one line is created besides to my front camera. I connected with the customer service and they are telling there is no way to replace this display we need to pay the cash only.

If its a physical issue Im happy to do that..Its there fault and they are not providing any help to customer to solve the issue.

I understood bro... me too same phone, i did have 5g issue then battery issues now update issue

Hi...I have tried all this..They confirmed it needs the screen replacement and needs to pay the cash.But im not okay to go with that.If its a physical damage im happy to go with that.Its purely because of software update
