After a software update in March 2025, my S23 started showing a green vertical line in the center of the display. I visited a nearby customer care center, where they inspected my phone for physical and water damage and found none. However, they informed me that it was out of warranty and that I would have to pay for a display replacement. I urge all S23 users to contact their Samsung service center to report this issue so that they can have it replaced free of charge.

I would suggest you to create a detailed post on X and reddit so that Samsung's customer experience reaches more people.
Also, for the fix, try registering a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline.

Oneplus giving lifetime warranty for display issues after update..but y not Samsung providing if it's due to update.

It's Totally False news they also check phone for dents or scratches and if it's their they reject to provode lifetime warranty and they charge for the same

This is not the fault of the customer. This is happen due to update of March.
So you need to change display free of cost

@md bro i called to customer service they are telling it's fault of customer and another reason they said using mobile long that's why line was come😂. But they are not accepting its update issue.
