I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delayed updates for my Samsung Ultra device. Despite the hype created around One UI 7 since July, there has been no update released yet. To make matters worse, the November security update has not been received either.

As a loyal Samsung Ultra user, I expect timely software and security updates, especially considering the premium price of these devices. The current delay is both frustrating and disappointing. It reflects poorly on Samsung's commitment to providing a reliable user experience for its top-tier customers.

I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure better communication and delivery of updates moving forward.

US got November security update. Only India is delayed. It's always India

Using an iPhone 13 as my secondary device, Samsung has been my primary device for the past 4 years. I buy every alternate Ultra—the S21 Ultra and the S23 Ultra. I should not buy the S25 Ultra next year. After paying lakhs, we get the same experience as Xiaomi's ₹10K phone. We can't expect a premium experience apart from the stylus and 100x zoom. What a waste of money!
