I had purchased s24 20 days ago...
At start it was having heating issues n battery issues...as well as performance degradation...but since 3 4 days i havent faced any issue as such...everything is buttery smooth with good SOT and battery life..

Have a look at this and do let me know if it is good or bad

A Screen on Time of 8 hours is said to be good. 👍🏻

And I have Soc of 4½ hrs n my lld phone and say it a day.
Try restricting background battery usage in app info for not important apps.

● Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
