Galaxy S1. They say they have already addressed this and it's not an issue with the display.
2. Use it on bit high brightness
3. The s24 series is made like that.There is no issue in the display or a phone to log.
4. Didn't even inspected it and give me another phone for comparison.
Even if they inspect it I know what is the expected answer.
This was the worst experience.
I have spent so much on a phone. I should have not switched from my old phone to s24ultra
Pathetic service and disappointed from samsung
No of the one is addressing the actual issue of the customer.
The S24ultra users can actually see this issue (faulty display) If you check the community messaged there are so many devices out there has these kind of issues.

Galaxy SAll S24 Ultra Users once check below Issue mobile once.....
I am using Samsung S24 Ultra and Unable to use even 10 minutes in Sunlight...
After using mobile for 3 minutes or so the Screen is getting Over heated & Unable to see the Display as it will become DIM after that it will become Normal only after you go it Indoor..
Unable to Use it even 10 Minutes in Sunlight Displayyyy..
Even we checked in My friend's S24 Ultra, Similar Issue in that Mobile also....
it's BIG ISSUE in a Samsung S24 ULTRA Flagship Mobile But Samsung was Unable was not taking this issue very Seriously and Fixing it !!!!
This Issue is Not there in S23 Ultra and it's Display is best than S24 Ultra...
Even 10 thousand mobile we can use as much as time in Sunlight and it's Display is Super in Sunlight...
But Purchasing S24 Ultra Flagship Mobile of Samsung with Lakhs of Rupees But Unable to Use for even 5 minutes in Sunlight...
Immediatly Samsung need to fix this or Recall All S24 Ultra mobiles to fix this Issue in Mobiles
If Samsung Unable to fix this Issue, It need to Refund all the price of the Mobile to effected S24 Ultra mobile Users...
