Diagonal lines on Display of S24 Ultra

Hi guys, I am facing diagonal lines issue on my samsung s24 ultra from few months. I purcashed this phone in prelaunch

Can you please suggest if anyone facing the same issue.

These diagonal grainy lines are really annoying when I watch movies or dark images.

It appears to be more dark when we use the phone at low brightness.

Visited several service center they said it's not an issue and use your phone on maximum brightness but even if you use this phone on max brightness the issue won't be fixed at its clearly visible when you watch movies.

Also there are several pixel issue with this phone no smooth at all.

Dark and colourfull areas in the Display appers like a pixelated rainbow 

We can clearly a hardware issue.

The sad part is samsung is not replying to any of these issues and not even the influencers.

Its not worth at all after spending so much on a phone. 

!!!SO DISAPPOINTED!!! 

Few phones of the new S24 Ultra series doesnt have this display issue as I have compared it with one of my friend and it worked fine.. so its a hardware issue.

Can some one let me know if you guys are facing same issues with your phone.

Oh Thats great... then I am not sure but many S24Ultra users facing these issues.
My frnd bought new one last month n it works perfectly fine.

I visited the authorize service center at BKC (mumbai). The response was pathetic.

1. They say they have already addressed this and it's not an issue with the display.

2. Use it on bit high brightness

3. The s24 series is made like that.There is no issue in the display or a phone to log.

4. Didn't even inspected it and give me another phone for comparison.


Even if they inspect it I know what is the expected answer.

This was the worst experience.
I have spent so much on a phone. I should have not switched from my old phone to s24ultra

Pathetic service and disappointed from samsung

No of the one is addressing the actual issue of the customer.
The S24ultra users can actually see this issue (faulty display) If you check the community messaged there are so many devices out there has these kind of issues.

All S24 Ultra Users once check below Issue mobile once.....

I am using Samsung S24 Ultra and Unable to use even 10 minutes in Sunlight...


After using mobile for 3 minutes or so the Screen is getting Over heated & Unable to see the Display as it will become DIM after that it will become Normal only after you go it Indoor..

Unable to Use it even 10 Minutes in Sunlight Displayyyy..

Even we checked in My friend's S24 Ultra, Similar Issue in that Mobile also....

it's BIG ISSUE in a Samsung S24 ULTRA Flagship Mobile But Samsung was Unable was not taking this issue very Seriously and Fixing it !!!!

This Issue is Not there in S23 Ultra and it's Display is best than S24 Ultra...

Even 10 thousand mobile we can use as much as time in Sunlight and it's Display is Super in Sunlight...

But Purchasing S24 Ultra Flagship Mobile of Samsung with Lakhs of Rupees But Unable to Use for even 5 minutes in Sunlight...

Immediatly Samsung need to fix this or Recall All S24 Ultra mobiles to fix this Issue in Mobiles

If Samsung Unable to fix this Issue, It need to Refund all the price of the Mobile to effected S24 Ultra mobile Users...

Is this because of the new update ?? Even my phone is getting hot after using it for 15 to 20 mins. I am not sure on this . But it **bleep** 😕

It is imperative that we file a consumer court case against Samsung due to their disregard for the numerous issues affecting the Samsung S24Ultra.

Despite the widespread concerns expressed by users, Samsung has failed to acknowledge or address these problems.

Every product taken immediately after the launch of S24 has this defect, after going to the customer service they won't accept it so I will file a case in the consumer court and let it happen.
