Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am facing a recurring issue with my Samsung S25 Ultra device. While playing games such as BGMI/PUBG, the phone suddenly restarts by itself without any warning. This problem was occurring both before and after the recent software update. Here are some key observations: There is no overheating before the restart happens. The device is not connected to a charger while gaming. The issue seems to occur randomly during gameplay, without any specific pattern. This has significantly impacted my gaming experience and general usage of the device. I kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue at the earliest. Please let me know if you require any logs or additional information.

Thank you,
Shesha chalapathi
