I think my phone feels slower and less smooth since the latest update. While playing COD, it sometimes lags. This is worsening my experience with Samsung; I switched from iQOO because of its software experience, but I am unhappy. I have done everything from restarting the phone, clearing the cache, etc., but it doesn't feel as smooth as my iQOO was for gaming.
I think Samsung does not want to provide any service to its customers; it only focuses on launching new mobiles. It doesn’t care about its customers at all.
I wish that Samsung faces a downfall within a year because it has no interest in satisfying its customers. I believe OnePlus and Apple are better than Samsung in customer service.
The iPhone is also not for gaming, but it provides a smoother experience in gaming and day-to-day life usage. It's not about gaming; I spent 45000 on the S23, should I not get a better gaming experience?
Iphone have its own OS & Processor chip so they optimised it well. When i said gaming phone ,it doesn't mean Samsung gaming experience not good. But its mean Samsung prime focus is on UI experience, Better camera & Performance. Let we take example Iqoo prime focus is Gaming as they advertising it as gamer phone . Have you seen Samsung introduce as gamer phone ?. Now, compare Camera Performance with iqoo, you will find ,iqoo lag behind Samsung. Every phone have theire core areas, we should purchase phone according. Let we take another example of Google pixel phone. Pixels also so expensive but still you can't play a good game like iqoo phone. But Android best experience you can enjoy only on Pixel phones. I have also S23 256GB variant. I am casual gamer, also play BGMI on S23, didn't find any difficulty but yes when it came to comparing with Iqoo in gaming area ,S23 can't beat Iqoo. Hope my clarification solved your concern. 🙏😊
