After 8 months of purchase, I found one pixel of my phone S23 Ultra found dead. I understand from different forums that dead pixels are common in curved screen Samsung phones.
Dont understand, why Samsung is doijg like this, especially on their flagship phone.
Sad to say, the online support team conveyed me that, it's common to have dead pixels on the phone.
Very disappointed from Samasung Service Center. I went to check the phone at Service Center in Dubai Mall. They told only repair is possible. There is no assurance for IP 68 rating afterwards. As a customer, I dont accept this terms. The damage is purely due to manufacturing issues, and I dont want to use a repaired flagship phone. I bought the phone for higher price expecting best built quality and greater customer understanding from the company.
