Cover screen not working in my s22 ultra clear view case.

Hello all,

So got my s22 ultra phone and clear view case this week. Obviously brand new. And yet several times already the clear view case just stops putting the phone in stand-by (or whatever you want to call it) when I close the case. Only way I've found to get it working again is to restart the phone.

Mine too... randomly it not displaying anything on my s view screen ..I need to restart inorder to make it work again

Facing same issue customers care is ready to replace me the cover but its a software glitch, its logical so waiting called customer care they told me to reset all settings in settings menu. If this helps someone plz write it here. At present my cover is working fine so I am not able to try this solution..thank you
