These above things are primary suspect .. but if problem rise again after Factory reset you need to visit any Samsung service center for more detailed diagnosis

Galaxy Sactually I did all the things you mentioned.
Factory reset done. But issue is same.
Went to service centre. They changed the battery. still issue is coming back once after adding my Samsung account and gmail sync.

Galaxy Sdo not restore the device when it ask for right after the accounts added to device .
Do not synchronise your old data .
