I am writing to express my ongoing concerns regarding the speaker performance on my Samsung S24 Ultra device. Despite receiving a replacement unit, I continue to encounter significant issues with the audio output.

Even after acquiring the replacement device, I have noticed persistent problems with the speaker, including distortion, sometimes low volume with some contents, and muffled sound, particularly when the volume is set to maximum. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of bass, which significantly impacts the overall audio experience.

I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including adjusting audio settings and performing factory resets, but unfortunately, the issues persist. As a loyal Samsung customer, I am disappointed by the continued inconvenience caused by these persistent speaker problems.

Given the premium nature of the S24 Ultra and its reputation for top-notch performance, I trust that Samsung is committed to providing a resolution to this matter. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in addressing these ongoing speaker issues promptly.

As per your query, we request you to share the log file. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I am facing exact same issue what VedPrakashSah has explained. Please share your observation if you have received the log file from him. My old Galaxy S10 is sounding far better than S24 Ultra.
