Hi

I haven't received a confirmation email re my Galaxy Buds Pro claim, and it's been almost 4 days now.

I have a ref number, but won't post that publicly. Please advise, as I can't seem to send messages via the Chat function either.
Calling the call centre doesn't work either - calls keep dropping.

@KarenB and @NicolaDoubleU I contacted the live chat today. It took a long time but I was assured that the claimed was approved and would be dispatched in 7-14 days.

Its been awhile and I haven't received any congratulatory email or any response as well. Tried calling and Live chat to no avail. Can the moderator Maps_sam07 help please.

Hi all - finally received my buds today, but also got them in violet. I suppose I will get used to them...trying to exchange will probably be a mission.
Only other issue is that I never received communication from Samsung or the delivery company to advise that I needed to expect them - that would have been nice, especially since I my not have been available.
Good luck to everyone else still waiting!

I also received mine today. Black ones and was so hoping they'd do a colour match to phone......still waiting for my confirmation email. However, with that being said. I'm a happy camper. 😊

Just over a week and I still haven't gotten any confirmation email.

All email attempts to verify@samsun.com come back as unsuccessful.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to make contact to get feedback on my claim status other than calling the call center?
