Confirmation email not received - Claim

Hi

I haven't received a confirmation email re my Galaxy Buds Pro claim, and it's been almost 4 days now.

I have a ref number, but won't post that publicly. Please advise, as I can't seem to send messages via the Chat function either.
Calling the call centre doesn't work either - calls keep dropping.

Hey Karen, I haven't received a confirmation either for the same offer, it's been almost 8 days for me ,let you know if I do please inform us when you do.

I've tried calling the call centre but can't get through there either - I can't spend hours waiting, or keep trying and having the call dropped repeatedly.
There is nothing in my spam emails, either.

I'll give it til tomorrow afternoon.

Anyone have any luck with the fixes to this solution.  I managed to get hold of a call centre agent and was told that their updated email list hadn't arrived yet????  I thought it was automated?   Nothing in spam folder, no luck with calling either.   Agent could not help me at all.  All emails to verify@samsun.com just bounce back from the server saying undeliverable.

Hi - no luck yet, and since I'm in meetings I can't exactly sit on the phone to them. This is most frustrating, as I'm getting "marketing" emails and SMSes, which I opted out of. Hopefully this is resolved soon, because if they come with a story that the offer has expired (if it delays that long), I will be taking this further.

Managed to chat to someone in the call centre.  No confirming email has been received by me, yet I have the marketing emails which is proof that they've got my details.  They confirmed they have all my information and request for promotional items has been approved.  However, there's still no timeline as to when  we'll ever receive them.  With this being said, all "manual" information sent to the email address given by moderators on this page have all bounced back from server, saying email address is invalid?  So bottom line, it's luck of the draw and a waiting game.  Good Luck to all who are waiting and struggling.  In this day and age of technology, I can't understand why this is so difficult.

Hi also recieved no confirmation email or follow up sms to choose a colour. I did phone the call centre four days after submission in which the attendant assured me that validation checks were approved and a courier company will be in touch. I have now recieved my galaxy buds exactly a week after submission. only issue is the violet colour that I am not pleased with, hopefully there is a way to exchange?
