Concern about Screen Replacement for green line issue

Hello Guys! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G mobile. 2 days ago, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 14000.
I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S21 FE model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even S21 FE users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.
If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for S21 FE model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

While Software update in my Sumsung S22 Device i am facing pink line issue . Another day I went to near by service center but not got any positive response
They said they don't know about this .. my request is that Sumsung should add s22 series also for free screen replacement.

I have S21 FE and recently green line appeared on my screen.. when i went to samsung gallery they told that screen replacement will cost abt 15k-16k.. when I told it appeared after an software update they told still they cannot help on it.. replacing cost would be same

Yesterday, I Visited there regarding the green line issue in my s21 fe (two-year-old), in this Gorcha Road Kolkata Samsung service centre; they solved the green line issue without any cost (service charge of 502 rs) within a few hours. Thanks, Team

I have S21 ultra, after the few hours of software update suddenly green line appeared. As per samsung company support I stating that free replacement is available until December 31st , I visited more than 2 service centers for the fix, but they denied and say it's out of warranty is it's more than 3 years. And my phone is 3years 1 month old. I don't understand when it's diagnosed by the service center that's it's software update issue. Then how relevant it is about warranty. Samsung team please fix this issue for me. I am now afraid to opt for any Samsung phones in future.

I have green line issue on s22 plus yesterday , n i bought it on 2022 December, but the service center guy had told me to change the screen for 12k ,I ask for free screen replacement ,but it is applicable only for s21fe model.
Please give some solution for us

Hello Samsung. I am a User of Samsung Galaxy S22 5G mobile. while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen post software update. There is no dent in my phone and no water sipage. I took to service center do all the factory reset and other diagnostic. The greenline is appearing on the screen without any fault of mine but still it has been told that i have to pay above Rs.15k. I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for all S series users. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced at your own cost.

I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S22 model phones.

My samsung s22 developed multiple green lines out of nowhere. No fall or any physical damage happend. It finds very hard to contact customer support for a remedy. Really disappointing..!
