When take a picture with 3x zoom, it showed blur image after updated new version. Its irritating a lot because in same segment other mobile clicked great image so kindly fix this problem.

You know I like samsung if not fix this problem I'll get very disappoint.....

please report this error on samsung members app just after you encounter this issue

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Also clear catche and clear data of this app and reset camera settings then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your query, we'd request you to follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Check physical condition of your camera lens.
Broken camera lens>> Scratchy camera lens.
Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

Reset camera settings:
From the home screen tap on Camera>>Tap on Settings>>Scroll up and tap on Reset settings>> Tap on Reset.

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
