To whom ever it concerns 
My camera app in samsung galaxy s24ultra started failing right after December update, switching to panoramic mode camera fails, in portrait mode switching to xzooms camera fails, rest all working fine. Battery drained is massive I have charge the twice daily in heavy use I have to charge thrice as well. Phone heats after closing camera app. I have contacted the samsung customer service Centre they said it's a pure software glitch and nothing please rectify this issue in upcoming update

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept it's a as solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
