Every single day for the past 4 months since the time I have bought this S21 FE I have calling issues. Just can't call anyone from this phone. Internet also keeps fluctuating 24*7. 
Is there a way to turn off Volte calling? 

Everyone shows this old setting where you could switch on/off the Volte setting from network connection. But that particular setting isn't available on the phone. 
Please help. Never expected this from Samsung.

volte is automatic on ,but which network you are using 5g or 4g ?

5g network having some problem now days it's fluctuate 4g -5g . but there no problem with calling i am using this device too. s21fe not support vonr till now . maybe it comes with oneui 6 they it stable on 5g network

I tried everything wrt to network switching, trying different working simcards but nothing helped. Internet works but just can't call anyone from my phone

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members app as a error report and also send your's log files with this error report, complaint to your's service provider telecom company on their customer care support also. Reset your's network setting of both Sim one by one and also reset all setting of your's device. Wait for next update. Thanks.

You cannot turn off VoLTE if your are using Jio 4G.
