The problem is that my all recent calls earlier which used to be more than 1000 but now I am only able to see my last month logs only which is I think the problem for me and I want that no matter what is the number of calls I am receiving I should be able to see each and everyone of them even though if it is 3 months or 6 months or 1 year later which is a problem I am facing from long time and have tried all the solution like resetting the device aur clearing the cache or any other things but still I haven't got any solution so if there is any solution do let me know

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that Once you start creating more call logs (when you make, receive, or miss calls), your device will start deleting the oldest call logs you have on your phone. Not enough storage: When you run out of storage space on your device, the OS may automatically delete the old call logs to save space. For recovering deleted call logs, we would request you kindly perform the below basic troubleshooting steps.

Step 1: Go to "Settings" on your Samsung. Choose "Accounts" > "Samsung account" > "Restore".
Step 2: Now you can choose the data you want to recover. Select "Call Logs" and click "Restore Now".

However, If you have other concerns regarding Samsung products kindly feel free to get in touch with us.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
