Call forwarding issue

On S24 getting Vodafpne idea call forwarding issue error shows some thing went wrong

Can your sim network mode to 3g auto or 2g only to check call forwarding status

VI call forwarding working only on 2G network and due to enable Auto Blocker 2G network not working now issue is resolved

For me I can check call forwarding status in Vi 4g network but network didn't gone to 2g network for checking call forwarding. This issue is present for user specific.

Typical error.
Go outside in balcony or some place where network is proper, turn wifi off and try. It should work.

When i am trying to turn it off by ceds it is showing network problem or wrong mmi code and after many and many attempts from all side i cant turn it off
