Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that If you ever need to block a phone number, turn on call forwarding, or use call waiting, your Galaxy phone has it covered. Just use the settings and Supplementary Features in the Phone app to control which calls you take. You can also set up fixed numbers using your SIM card, so only the numbers that you allow can be dialed.
Note: Certain features may not be supported with specific carriers and phones.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

How to enable ‘Call forwarding’- Call forwarding feature is used to transfer calls to another number when the phone is busy, unanswered, or unreachable.

Path: Go to the phone app > Three dots > Settings > Supplementary services > Choose SIM1 or SIM2 > Call forwarding > Voice calls

Choose when to forward a call from any of these options:
• Always forward
• Forward when busy
• Forward when unanswered
• Forward when unreachable
* Enter a number or choose one from the contacts list. Tap ‘Enable’.

How to enable call waiting: Call waiting feature notifies the caller that the recipient of call is on another line. The recipient of call can put the line on hold and answer the incoming call. Here are some simple steps to enable call waiting.

1: Go to Phone icon.
2: Tap More (three dots).
3: Tap Settings.
4: Tap Supplementary services or More settings.
5: Tap ‘Call waiting’ to enable.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
