Call background bug still present after june update in s23 base

The solid color background bug in call backgrounds persists in the June update. I'm curious how such a large company as Samsung has not yet resolved this issue, which I've experienced since the One UI 7 beta 2. A sample is attached for your reference. This problem only affects saved contacts; it functions correctly for unsaved contacts. Please address this issue.

I have brought this matter to your attention since the beta 2 phase, and I must express my disappointment that it has not yet been resolved. I am curious to learn more about the service Samsung provides. Could you please explain why Samsung has not addressed this issue?

Thank God I have the same phone, but not with this issue. It might be fixed if you go into dialer settings and call background. Maybe someone changed your background to solid. Try it once.

I already checked the call background option it is selected to default..some users are facing this problem. God know when samsung gonna fix this issue..can you please tell me if you joined the oneui 7 beta when released or you directly update stable version?

I am also facing this issue in Fold 4 after one ui 7 update since May.

Agreed! Samsung is not listening to their customers. As it is well known issue and samsung still fail to solve this issue. Very pathetic service provided by samsung. Its time to switch another brands.

Hate the new call background feature in new update.
I was happy when I was able to set different background pictures and videos on call background, without having to add those on profile cards.

And don't even get me started on that new thing.
I mean, i don't even have a foldable phone and still the call background is being adjust to suit those devices????

I DON'T WANT a square image automatically cropped into a square as my call background.

That's really f**ked up!! I HATE THAT FEATURE.
I don't wanna look into only someone's face when they're the background.

I used to set cool videos, as background. Now there's no option like that.

GIVE US BACK THE OLD CALL BACKGROUND FEATURE!
