This is happening to me in a lot of phones including my samsung galaxyD25ultra and my dad's samsung galaxyM33 this feature in particular it's not working. I tried restarting and resetting my phone 2 factory settings. But nothing's working. I have a case with the slight bump and a sceen protector on both of the phones, is it the culprit or my phone needs to go to the service center to fix the issue

Yaa many time palm swipe is not work properly that's why i use RegiStar module of Goodlock app.
Regustar Shortcut is more easy than palm swipe
