My phone A33 5G and S21 FE are having problems with Bluetooth calling where the other person's voice cannot be heard through Bluetooth devices but they can hear us

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode,reset wifi and Bluetooth settings in general management settings also go to wifi setting and click on intelligent wifi then try to it's again. This is not a sim issue as I only cannot hear the person when I use a Bluetooth device other wise with the phone speaker or the loudspeaker I can hear them

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

Kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Reset app preferences:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>> Tap on Apps>> Tap on More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen>> Tap on Reset App Preferences

Request you to kindly try to connect your device with "other devices" and check.
Clear paired list
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Connection and turn on Bluetooth>>Tap on Setting option along with the paired device>>Tap on Unpair.

Clear cache and data of bluetooth app data

Navigate to apps screen and tap on "Settings>>Tap on "Apps">>Tap on "Filter and sort">>Enable "Show system apps">>Tap on "OK">>Tap on "Search apps" and type "Bluetooth">>Tap on "Bluetooth">>Tap on "Storage">>Tap on "Clear cache".
Note: Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Tap on "Clear data".
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
Tap on "OK".

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
