Battery usage details not present in s20plus

Recently I have noticed that whenever I try to check the details of battery usage since last charge it comes up blank. There is no screen on time detail or the battery drain graph available. Also no app usage details are present. Is someone else facing the same issue with their s20plus or other devices.

happened with me...did factory reaset and graph came back after 3 days

I just did..
