I found that NOTE20/S20/S10 LITE SERIES USERS ARE FACING ISSUE WITH DEVICE CARE/BATTERY STATS ARE NOT SHOWING..

ONLY FOR DEVICES RUNNING ON UI3.0/ANDROID11

All Galaxy devices that have been updated to the final version of Android 11 and One UI 3.0 have a unique bug, device no showing battery statistics.

Please try temporary solution..It worked for few users, you may try and see if its working for you guys or not??

Go to settings>Apps>Click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps>scroll down to Samsung device Health manager service>select it>clear data

Now, use your device for a while, then charge your device and check once again..

I found the article on Sammobile and tried it on my S20 5G UW. Still not working properly. I also use Battery Bot which pulls data from the Samsung UI and it has the same problem. Everything was running smoothly until the first of the year. I think the fix needs to come from Samsung.

I have clearly mentioned it stable and their solution for error reports. Reporting about stable oneui 3 bug, and they asking to enroll beta program which ended quite some time back.
I feel the oneplus feedback specialists had more brains, atleast they understood whats the report.
