There's no problem; your battery is learning your usage pattern. It'll take about two weeks.

No there is not any problem as you mentioned you factory reset your device.

As the device is set to factory settings, the device no longer know your usage pattern. It Wil learn automatically with time.
It will start putting application that you do not use to sleep and deep sleep. Putting apps to sleep and deep sleep saves battery.

You can also manually put your apps to sleep or deep sleep if you want to save battery.
Settings > Battery > Background usage limits.

Make sure 'put unused apps to sleep' option is 'on'

Never auto sleeping apps will not sleep. Advantages: getting notifications regularly. Eg: WhatsApp, email and some other apps need to be running all the time to send you notification as soon as the sender send you a message.

Sleeping apps will sleep sometimes saving battery life. Disadvantages: Notifications may be delayed. Eg: I put my streaming application (zee5, Amazon prime, etc) on sleep, because I do not think they should run every time in the background.

Deep sleeping apps: Put apps which you do not use, the app will NEVER run in background, will not be auto updated, only run if you click the application icon. I have put some games that now I do not play.

Sets apps in:

Settings > Battery > Background usage limit

To save battery.
Or your device will automatically set when it learns your usage pattern.
