Galaxy S
In one ui 5.1 I have found two similar type option for battery saving:
1) Setting>battery >background usage limits > Deep sleeping apps
2) long tap on app icon> app info>usage>battery > Restricted
Now what is the difference between Deep sleep and Restricted in case of functionality?
Also I don't find any way to see to Restricted app list. You just need to remember which app's battery usage is Restricted, otherwise need to check every app.

*Restricted Apps* are put in
*Sleeping Apps*
If you put them in Restricted via App settings
▫️If you put apps in deep sleeping via battery settings, then those apps will also be seen as Restricted apps, but the case here is that, Deep sleeping mein as name suggests Deep restrictions lgte hai.

And if you want to see the apps that are Restricted, simply check sleeping and deep sleeping list.
