The company sometimes want to release software before apple and Google's release. But if the update is faulty prepared in hurry causes battery drain, what is the use of purchasing samsung phones. Then what is the use of 6 years os upgrade if the battery of a newly released phone gettering drain fast only use of four or five months use ?????? Customer wants their newly released phone with good battery backup until atleast 3 years. But my galoxy A36 5 g 8 gb ram of indian version released in April 2025 and I have purchased it only in June and after useing it only four months it's battery getting draing fast. But when after purchasing and activated it from then until August 25 it has given good battery back up even though I have enabled location, bluetooth . But now even though I disabled bluetooth and location my newly released A36 5 g phone battery getting drying quickly. How this happened to the newly released phone even though one os upgrade not received yet. The company should answar it and must give another patch to fix battery issue without giving another single issue.
