Bank video KYC doesn't support on Samsung devices

Axis Bank video KYC is not supported on Samsung devices. The bank itself told to switch to any other phone.

Like I faced this problem while using f23 5g.
But now there is no problem in my a34

Yes the video clarity is very poor While doing kyc with banks
