On my new s24 plus battery drained soo fast . I bought this device 7th june . I did everything but none of those worked .

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update

On samsung members app find support at the bottom
Click and send an error report

Please Click on the 3 vertical dots and Accept as a Solution

It will optimise by end of this month don't worry.
Even I bought the same phone in may-2025 & by june it optimised & getting SOT around 6+hrs(No gaming) with 25 to 30% left by night.

I am facing same problem on my s24+. I bought this mobile on 6 may and i am getting only 3-4 hr screen on time with normal uses no gaming no video play only internet surfing, i have made every setting to save battery but no improvement ,,,,
