My new s24 plus mobile battery drain too fast.like 30 mins of vdo call take 15% battery Is it normal?? If not then what should I do?

Why palm swipe not working on my new s24plus mobile .even after palm swipe is turn on.

I got my s24plus 5days ago.bt I'm facing battery issues. Battery drain is too fast .like 1hr video call take 15/20%of battery. How to solve this problem. I've done reset and software update again bt issues is still persists.
