Hi everyone.
Anybody having issue of battery drain after new software update in S23 ultra, it's normally reach more than one day for me. It's normal use only. From last week it's hardly one day. Any solution or somebody having same issue just let me know.

I faced this issue on my S24 Ultra. I stopped wifi calling, and the issue was resolved.

Till yesterday, within 12 hour battery was draining to 20% within 12 hours.

Today  after switching off the wifi calling,  even after 18  hour after charging still 44% battery remained.

It seems wifi calling with Mobile data draining battery more.

To address the battery drain concern, we recommend performing additional troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause of the issue. These steps may include:

1. Update Software: Ensure that your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
   - Step 1: Go to Settings > Software update.
   - Step 2: Tap on Download and install.
   - Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Setup Phase: Your new phone’s battery may initially drain faster as you set up applications and features. This is part of the setup phase, and background operations are optimized during this time. Allow a few days for all background operations and syncing to complete.

3. 5G Service Impact: While connected to a 5G network, your phone may consume more battery than usual due to the high-speed processing of large-capacity data. Consider optimizing overall usage and adjusting background usage limits.

4. Optimization Steps:
   - Open Settings > Battery and device care > Optimize now.
   - Adjust Background usage limits: Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits.

5.  Use adaptive battery: Settings > Battery and device care > More battery settings > Adaptive battery.
