Battery charger restricted to 15w in oneui 6.1 update

This is pure hallucination on your part . People have confirmed this claim as false and the issue is related to you and you alone. There is no throttling occuring due to update. And sadly your misinformed report is being pushed by media sites. Not great, just sad.

Contact Samsung Support Directly do not post in the forum without concrete evidence of the issue. An amps feedback is no evidence.

It was never charging at 45 W. Maximum 33 W. Now in turned off mode it does get to 33 W, actually.

Já mám spíš problém ten, že mi před aktualizací telefon vydržel nabitý až tři dny, mobil mám nový od Vánoc, poslouchala jsem přes noc i devítihodinové podcasty a tři dny nepotřeboval nabíječku. Po aktualizaci nabíjim až 3x denně, to už se můžu vrátit pomalu k pevné lince. Doba nabíjení je stejná jako před.
