Battery charger restricted to 15w in oneui 6.1 update

Attention People using fast charger for s23 ultra, now the charging speed is limited to 15w, even if u have 25w brick..

I have S23 and charge it with 25W Samsung charger. It took same time ~ 75 mins as it was prior to upgrade.

There's ur problem right there.  U need to be using the 45w

Why I should use 45W charger IF my phone doesn't support it OR I don’t need it.

33 Wh maximum and only works when turned off. In turned on mode it only does 14 wh as said. Assuming it uses power bank it can do 17W. But usually it can't.

Watts go up and down before the update too so I think thats normal
