1. How long does your Galaxy S24 Plus battery last on a full charge? (e.g., hours of screen-on time or percentage drop per hour)

2. What’s your typical usage? (e.g., gaming, social media, YouTube, calls, standby, etc.)

3. Are there any specific issues you're noticing (e.g., fast drain while idle, heating, etc.)?

That said, here's a general idea of what’s normal for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus (based on reviews and real-world usage):

📱 Expected Battery Life (S24 Plus - 4900mAh battery):

Screen-on time: ~6 to 8 hours (mixed use)

Moderate use: 1.5 to 2 days

Heavy use (gaming/video): 5–6 hours screen-on time, or about a full day

Standby drain (overnight): 1–3% is normal

If your phone is only 8 days old, it's still learning your usage patterns, and battery life should stabilize within a couple of weeks.

1. If i do video call then battery drop every hr is about 15-20% with 5g network.
2. Social media ,youtube calls these are my most usages .occasionally gaming.

3.fast drain battery and also heat during video calling.

And yes i bought 7th june 2025 .
Now I'm getting battery backup like 6hrs SOT only .
After couple of weeks it will be better ?? Or should i do anything??

Not to do anything now. I will suggest not to use any back cover now. It might help in the heating issue. Have patience. Its still optimising.

90% is okay. It will help maintaining the charging cycle and the battery health.

Within next week it'll automatically optimize as per your usage patterns & provide around 6+ hrs of SOT.
Even my S24+ used to provide same SOT at start after around 15 days it started to get better..
