One ui 7 was a dumb update from Samsung and all are still suffering from it. They should have dumped one ui 7 and directly released one ui 8 with all bug fixes

How do I get stable updates?
Right now, beta is available for download, can I skip it? Cos I've work profiles setup, can't risk it.
If beta update is installed, stable updates will follow or if skipped stable updates still show up?
