There seems to be a significant battery drain after the UI7 update on my S24 ultra, tried to even wipe the partition cache, with no positive results after. Does one wait for samsung to release an update with the respective big fixes or is there an alternative way out of this? Please help.

It happens for any new software to a mobile, that's because the mobile hardware must adjust to the software Loaded and need some days understanding the usage patterns, consumption and optimising according to user needs and behavior.

So take some time use mobile in smooth way with less handling or keeping less pressure on cpu which gets settle for few days and battery problem also resets!

If it resolve your problem soon, accept and share my solution, thank you.

Thank you for this reply at the outset, but I'd like to inform you that this device of mine is not even a week old, and apparently it's not just me that's facing this battery drain issue, specially after updating to UI 7. I'm sure you must be observing there are tons of other users particularly the galaxy S25 and s24 series along with the fold and flip 5 and 6 respectively. Used the previous UI for a couple of days which came on the phone out of the box and that worked fluently and I report, there was no issue with battery. It's only after UI 7 that we're all facing this drain issue. All your methods and solutions that you'd appreciate are not going to make the phone work at full capacity and I'm sure samsung wouldn't like their customers using such top notch products at half their performance. So here we are waiting for a better and a more practical solutions from you, could be in the form of a bug fix update. Hoping you would concur and take action on this immediately
