0. There might be an update in pipeline that can fix the issue. Check for upadtes.
1. Try resrtaring the device.
2. If doesn't work, try doing the cache clean in restore mode. You will get videos on youtube.
3. Or maybe for safer side, if you reach to service centre anyway they will format the device.
