After upgrading to one ui 8 in my S25, I am not able to navigate back using back button or gesture when i am on call screen, it would be great if someone can help on this, also do everyone facing this?

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Its not the solution, did I miss something? I already sent the video recording of the issue and waiting for the update.
