Samsung latest Galaxy S24 is on the floors now, and some Galaxy enthusiasts have already grabbed their Galaxy S24 smartphones. But unfortunately, they are facing the same issues that iPhone 15 and Pixel 8 early adopters experienced when those phones debuted last year.

The users are facing various problems; for instance, from display problems to wonky camera issues, the Galaxy S24 owners are learning the hard way that there is a guilt to being the first to buy a new gadget. However, the brand is gearing up to release some fixes from Samsung coming out in the near future, similar to what Apple and Google rolled out for their respective devices.

This time the Korean giants have attached an excellent display, and it is one of the top reasons fans are falling for the Galaxy S24 device, but unfortunately, the expectations have not come true since the users are facing issues with their display.

From the different social media platforms, such as Forbes and Reddit, it is known that Galaxy S24 early adopters are finding issues with how colors are being shown on the Galaxy S24 screen. The users are taking a u-turn to the previous model, the Galaxy S23, since the colors are so “dull” or washed out on the smartphone display.

Here we are discussing some of the common issues appealing to the Galaxy S24

Vivid Display Mode Issue:

It is being speculated by a post on X formerly shared by @UniverseIce, which is unveiling that the issue lies only with the vivid display mode, which is meant to intensify the colors on the Galaxy S24 display, whereas while using the natural mode, the issue doesn’t appear. The display issue is considered a software problem, not a hardware issue.

So it is expected that, with the upcoming software update, this issue will be solved. But here’s the unfortunate fact: Samsung is claiming that the Vivid display mode color profile is not a bug; it’s intentional. According to reports, Samsung Spain has provided a statement to the Spanish-language tech outlet Teknofilo, stating that the issue that a significant number of Galaxy S24 users are complaining about is simply the new appearance of the Vivid display mode.

Green Line Display Issue:

Korean giants have declined the allegation of the users regarding vivid display mode, but some of the users are facing the green line issue, and this one definitely is not intentional.

Galaxy S24 users are facing a disappointing and irritating display issue: a green line is appearing vertically, whereas the white lines are going across the display too. And Samsung is not ready to take responsibility for the issue, as per the reports.

Samsung has stated that the users who are facing green line issues on their Galaxy S24 display are all those purchasing the device from cellular service providers such as T-Mobile and Verizon. So the brand is not responsible for this.

Faulty Camera:

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is the premium variant in the series, along with the most upgraded camera setup yet in the Galaxy family. But, beyond expectations, some of the Galaxy S24 Ultra early adopters are reporting about the defective phones that jump while switching cameras to zoom in. Apart from this, there are also issues with certain lenses producing grainy and dull images.

A few posts on X shared by @smasithick revealed the issue while zooming from 1x to 5x on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. According to him, when he went to the Samsung service center, “the manager was already aware of the issue affecting many first-batch devices made in India.” Also, the brand has offered a replacement unit, but in his latest update, he is saying the company is now planning to release a software update to fix the issue.

Android Auto Issue:

Galaxy users who have been a part of the Galaxy family for a long time may be familiar with this trouble. Connectivity issues with Android Auto, the Android-device feature that connects the smartphone to the dashboard of a vehicle, have been especially prevalent with Samsung’s device. Obviously, the Galaxy S24 is a part of the Galaxy family, and it is also facing the same issue.

Samsung also stated that “some users have reported that they are unable to use Android Auto to connect their Galaxy S24 to their Volkswagen, Skoda, or SEAT cars.” However, it is expected that the brand will fix this issue in future updates.
