#BEWARE Cashify - samsung smart exchange scam !
I got scammed by Cashify agent during smart exchage (post purchase)
1. I Purchased s24 by exchanging s22 plus which is in excellent condition
2. Promised exchange value is 31680 (22580+9100) which includes 9100 extra off samsung provided as offer
3. S24 delivered first and next day cashify order got created.
4. Cashify guy checked the mobile and entered something and requoted price as 12490+9100 . Deducted ~10k for no reason citing scratches (which is not true, ninor scratches wont reduce price by 10k)
5. I asked him to cancel the order.
6. He said you can take your mobile and asked for otp to close the order.I took my s22+ from him and shared the otp.
8. Here is the scam, that otp its mentioned that i changed payment method to cash which i did not and he is giving me 10k in cash. I didnt observe at that time and shared the otp as i got back my mobile anyway.
9. Later I realised that he deliberately let me cancel the exchange and entered complete damage of mobile in his app and looted extra discount amount of 9100 from samsung !!
