Auto call record feature not working on my S20 Ultra. What to do?

I have auto call recording option enabled on my phone but the calls are  not getting recorded. I have rebooted the phone, turned off the setting and turned on again. Still not working. What to do?

Ps: please don't say factory reset.

Check whether your WiFi calling is turned on ... Call recording won't work with wifi calling...

Thank you so much Sir, that helped. Yes, wifi calling was on. I disabled it and recording is working fine now.
