My phone is draining my battery fast, being 5000 mah capacity i am charging my phone twice a day. Phone is not even 7 months old and the battery started giving issues. Not expected this from flagship line of phones from Samsung. What to do now?

My phone is charging at nirmal speed. Fast charging and super fast charging is enabled, still its charging normally. I have restarted the phone, still no go. Please help

I have auto call recording option enabled on my phone but the calls are not getting recorded. I have rebooted the phone, turned off the setting and turned on again. Still not working. What to do?Ps: please don't say factory reset.
