I have downloaded an important app for me, and to use that app i have to grant them permission for accessing Data from android folder. But, when i am trying to do that, my device prevents me and says "can't use this folder, to prevent your privacy, choose another folder".
So how can i surpass this issue

Granting permission to Android - data is a dangerous move btw😶

Android data is not required for any app. If it is asking for that then do not install that app. It is so much risky.

Is there any way to recover 30 days old whatsapp backup from anywhere, because Google drive has latest backup and local drive stores backup upto last 7 days.

If you have the local backup, and Whatsapp's Media folder is still intact... then create a backup of Whatsapp Folder somewhere else.
.
Force stop Whatsapp, Clear Cache and Data. Open Whatsapp login again, After login it should say something like local backup found, restore that, you should be able to see previous data.

Upto 7 days means backup done on last 7 days. It will contain data from when you logged in on that device. (Provided Whatsapp folder was not deleted)

Whatsapp creates local backup automatically daily and store that for last 7 days thats also into its main folder off database, but when i was uninstalling whatsapp i have not selected that option to keep that data and after uninstalling it i have also lost that device folder of whatsapp and neither have any backup on drive at that time, and for making thungs more worst i have reinstalled that and find a new and fresh whatsapp which shows me only dates at which i have been added to groups and without looking for things correctly i have started a new backup, which created backup of that fresh whatsapp on local drive and also google drive.
So i think you can understand my situation and if possible provide any solution for that
