here are some secure alternatives:

Secure Folder (Samsung feature)
Available on most Samsung devices – you can move apps and data inside a protected folder.
Settings > Biometrics and security > Secure Folder

Third-party App Lockers (e.g., Norton App Lock, AppLock by DoMobile)
Available on Google Play Store.
