We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the animation issue on your phone.
To address the animation issue, we recommend taking the following steps:

Step 1: Update to the Latest Software:
Ensure that your phone is running the most up-to-date software. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can help resolve issues. To check for updates:

Go to your phone's settings.
Select "Software Update."
Choose "Download and Install" if an update is available.
Step 2: Reset All Settings:
If updating the software does not resolve the animation issue, you can try resetting all settings on your phone. This will revert all system settings to their default values, which can help eliminate software conflicts causing the problem. To reset all settings:

Navigate to your phone's settings.
Select "General" or "General Management" (depending on your device).
Choose "Reset."
Click on "Reset all settings."
